1 General Provisions & Definitions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the pk22 platform and the user ("Member" or "you"). By accessing or using the pk22 website, mobile platform, and all related services, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

The key terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

• "Platform" refers to pk22's website, app, and all related services.
• "Member" refers to any registered user who operates a valid account on pk22.
• "Wallet" refers to the amount of money held in a member's pk22 account.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional or reward funds provided by pk22.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the condition specifying the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account and use the services on pk22, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is open only to those who are 21 years old or above.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
• Each member may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information.
• If any of the information you have provided changes, you must notify pk22 immediately.

After completing the registration process, pk22 may request that you complete an identity verification process. Failure to provide the required documents in a timely manner may result in restrictions on account privileges.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

Ensuring the security of your pk22 account is your own responsibility. Please follow the guidelines below:

• Use a strong password and do not share it with any third party.
• Always log out of your account, especially on shared or public devices.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the pk22 support team immediately.
• You are fully responsible for all activities carried out through your account.

Under no circumstances will pk22 ask you for your password or any sensitive payment-related information. Any such request is certainly a fraud attempt.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Transactions on the pk22 platform can be made through Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking and banking channels.

Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (for bank transfers, major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank are accepted).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.

For deposits and withdrawals, only the account holder's own payment method may be used. Use of third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. Identity verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

pk22 offers its members various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions — please read them carefully before claiming.

Welcome Bonus:

• 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000.
• Wagering requirement: 10 times the bonus amount.

As shown in the example above, for a ৳1,000 bonus, bets worth ৳10,000 must be placed before a withdrawal can be made. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

• The bonus is applicable only once per account.
• The bonus will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement has been met.
• pk22 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the relevant bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6 Gaming Rules

Various types of games are available on the pk22 platform — slots, live casino, cricket betting, fishing games, and more. Each game category has its own rules, which can be viewed before starting a game.

• All games are operated in accordance with the fair play policy.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, pk22 reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the amount.
• Using fraudulent software or techniques in any game is strictly prohibited.
• For sports betting, results cannot be changed after a bet has been placed. Bets may be cancelled according to the applicable rules up until the match begins.
• pk22 may update the game list at any time for the benefit of its users.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk22. Participation in these activities may result in account termination as well as legal action:

• Conducting money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses ("multi-accounting").
• Placing deliberate bets with the intent to abuse bonuses ("bonus hunting" or "bonus arbitrage").
• Using automated software, bots, or crawlers.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or technical flaw in the platform.
• Harassing or threatening other members or pk22 staff.
• Operating an account under a false identity or using another person's information.

8 Account Suspension & Termination

pk22 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate an account under any of the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If identity verification fails or evidence of false information is found.
• If suspicious or fraudulent financial activity is detected.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or the operation of multiple accounts is found.
• Due to the direction of a competent authority or a legal obligation.

In the case of account termination, if no violation is proven, the account's valid balance will be returned. In cases involving bonus-related violations, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

A member may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting the pk22 support team.

9 Responsible Gaming

pk22 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We want our members to enjoy gaming as a fun form of entertainment, not as a harmful habit.

• Only play with money that, if lost, will not affect your daily life.
• Set a weekly or monthly budget for yourself and do not exceed it.
• Gaming should never be a substitute for your family responsibilities or professional work.
• If you feel that gaming is no longer in your control, contact pk22 support immediately.
• Contact our support team for assistance with a temporary break or voluntary self-exclusion.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

pk22 gives the highest priority to the privacy and protection of members' personal information. Our data collection and processing practices are as follows:

• Personal information necessary for registration, verification, and transactions is collected.
• Collected information is used solely for providing services, ensuring security, and fulfilling legal obligations.
• Members' information is not shared with third parties except where required by law.

11 Limitation of Liability

pk22 is committed to operating as a safe and reliable platform. However, pk22's liability will be limited in the following circumstances:

• If any loss occurs due to internet disconnection or device failure.
• If delays or errors occur due to third-party service providers (payment gateways, game developers).
• If service is disrupted due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or government restrictions.
• If any loss occurs due to the member's own negligence or mistake.

pk22 will not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by a member. For direct losses, pk22's maximum liability will be limited.

12 Changes to Terms

pk22 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. In the event of changes:

• Members will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification.
• Updated terms will take effect from the date of publication.
• Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• If you do not agree with the updated terms and conditions, please notify pk22 Support before closing your account.
